Duties:

• Drafting legal pleadings and motions
• Managing discovery and resolving disputes
• Deposing witnesses and gathering evidence
• Arguing motions in court and assisting with trials and appeals
• Overseeing overall case management from pre-trial to post-trial phases
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience (3 years required) in trade secret, copyright, trademark, and complex commercial litigation
• Extensive litigation experience, including handling all aspects of case management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage complex cases
• Experience in both Federal and State courts

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar is required

Skills:
