Requirements

• 2-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
• Experience in drafting and managing loan documents.
• Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois, New York, Texas, or District of Columbia.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
