Duties

• Represent clients in California lemon law cases and consumer protection litigation

• Handle all stages of litigation including:

  • Court appearances

  • Depositions

  • Motion practice

  • Arbitrations

  • Trial preparation and participation

• Manage multiple cases with the ability to assume significant responsibility

• Engage in regular communication with clients and negotiate settlements

• Aggressively pursue discovery and contribute to trial-readiness of cases

• Collaborate with team members while maintaining individual caseload ownership

Requirements

• Strong desire to protect consumer rights through litigation

• Experience or interest in lemon law, consumer protection, or civil litigation

• Comfortable appearing in court and interacting directly with clients

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Bachelor’s degree required

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar (required)
