Duties:

• Manage and handle insurance defense cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision.
• Conduct legal research and present findings in clear, concise reports.
• Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients regarding case progress.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to develop strategies and ensure timely completion of all required tasks.
• Analyze legal issues and provide strong advocacy for clients.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in insurance defense or related practice areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client relations.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with courtroom procedures and litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri (Illinois license is a plus).
