Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation group in Short Hills, NJ. This role is not on the partnership track and requires significant experience in commercial litigation and product liability.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and staff.
• Produce timely and accurate deliverables.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles.
• Provide well-reasoned work product under pressure.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
• Travel as required for client meetings and advocacy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation and product liability.
• Experience in state and federal courts.
• Previous clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey and Florida.
