The candidate will represent the City in litigation matters in New Mexico State and Federal Courts, including trials and appeals, and provide legal advice and guidance to City departments. Attention to detail and strong writing skills are essential. Three (3)+ years’ experience is preferred, with additional preference for civil defense litigation experience, and must be an active member of the State Bar of New Mexico in good standing.
