Location

Duties

• Manage a full litigation caseload independently from inception through trial or resolution

• Handle all aspects of case development including investigation, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation

• Represent clients in court appearances and proceedings

• Collaborate with internal teams and senior partners on case strategy

• Maintain strong client communication and provide regular case updates and reports

• Participate in negotiation and settlement processes

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of defense litigation experience

• Background in general liability, personal injury, catastrophic injury, transportation, or civil litigation matters

• Prior client-facing experience preferred

• First-chair trial experience is a plus

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Experience managing litigation from intake to resolution

• Legal project management exposure is helpful

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas

• Member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
