Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association.
• 4+ years of experience in corporate law or related specialty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.

Education
