Job Title: Consumer Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm based in Ambler, PA is seeking a motivated attorney with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience to join its established consumer protection practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for individuals in disputes against major corporations, with a strong interest in courtroom litigation. This is an on-site position, offering the opportunity to build trial skills in a supportive and established practice setting.

Duties:

• Represent consumers in legal matters involving large corporations

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation

• Appear regularly in court for hearings and arguments

• Maintain detailed and organized case files

• Communicate regularly and clearly with clients regarding case developments

• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and support staff

• Contribute to the firm's mission of consumer advocacy and client-focused representation

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey (mandatory)

• 1-5 years of experience practicing law, preferably with litigation exposure

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines

• A genuine interest in courtroom advocacy and representing individual clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar

• Additional State Bar admissions are considered an advantage
