The role involves managing all aspects of litigation in collaboration with partners and provides a dynamic opportunity for an attorney with at least three years of experience and a strong litigation background.

Location

Duties

• Collaborate with partners on all stages of litigation

• Conduct legal research and document review

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and dispositive motions

• Take and defend depositions

• Attend inspections related to construction and real estate matters

• Participate in trial and arbitration preparation and proceedings

• Support clients with case strategy and legal analysis

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience

• Background in construction law, real estate disputes, or labor law is a plus

• Strong case management skills and ability to handle multiple files concurrently

• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar
