Location

Duties

• Assist in high-stakes commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and internal investigations.

• Conduct legal research and draft memos, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Support senior attorneys in complex regulatory and securities matters.

• Contribute to the firm's public interest litigation efforts in areas such as gender and racial equity, LGBTQ+ rights, and other civil rights.

• Participate in client meetings and case strategy development.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.

• Strong academic record with a commitment to cutting-edge commercial litigation and public interest advocacy.

• Experience in or interest in the areas of commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, employment, discrimination, or public interest law is preferred.

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the hire date.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar (if applicable) or eligibility to join the California Bar.

Skills
