Duties

• Prepare patent applications for filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
• Evaluate the underlying technology of inventions.
• Write opinions and provide client counseling.
• Support litigation efforts and provide technical assistance on projects.

Requirements

• Prior patent prosecution experience required.
• USPTO registration number preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.

Certifications

• USPTO registration number preferred.
