Advise clients on telecommunications regulatory issues under the Communications Act and FCC regulations
Engage with FCC processes and procedures, including filings and agency advocacy
Conduct legal research, draft memoranda, regulatory comments, and legal documents
Support clients with compliance, licensing, spectrum management, and transactional matters
Monitor developments in telecommunications policy and emerging technologies
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to support interdisciplinary matters
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and provide business-focused legal guidance
3–5 years of telecommunications law experience
Experience with FCC regulatory matters or prior FCC or law firm background preferred
Strong understanding of the Communications Act and associated regulations
Interest in telecom policy, innovation, and spectrum-related issues
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Washington, D.C. Bar (required)
Excellent legal research and writing capabilities
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Effective oral and written communication skills
Sound business judgment and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
