• Review discovery responses and prepare litigation update reports.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
• Communicate with clients to provide legal analysis and status reports.

Requirements

• NY litigation experience.
• Must be barred in NY.
• Experience in drafting discovery, leading depositions, and arguing motions.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lexis software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
