A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join its Florida litigation team. This role focuses on first-party property defense and/or casualty/liability defense matters. Location:

• Miami, Florida

Duties:

• Represent clients in first-party property and casualty/liability defense cases

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions

• Handle court appearances, depositions, and discovery processes

• Analyze case strategy and provide sound legal advice to clients

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case management

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of litigation experience in insurance defense (first-party property and/or casualty/liability)

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida

• Strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar
