Duties

  • Manage a docket of active matters with full ownership of case strategy under partner supervision.

  • Appear at various court proceedings and mediations.
  • Prepare cases for trial alongside the managing attorney.
  • Maintain professional and compassionate communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • Two to four years of civil litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated writing ability.
  • Comfort in court and client interactions.
  • Sound judgment in high-stakes cases.
  • Interest in elder abuse, wrongful death, or medical malpractice work.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • State Bar of California membership.

Skills

  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
