Duties

• Lead public and private workshops.
• Conduct initial client consultation meetings.
• Direct the drafting of custom estate planning documents.
• Review and proof completed estate plans for accuracy.
• Conduct and document signing meetings.
• Answer clients' legal questions regarding estate plans.
• Participate in marketing efforts and cultivate professional relationships.
• Earn 36 CLE units annually.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to firm operations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Five to ten years of legal experience.
• Experience interacting with clients via phone, email, and in-person.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• Arizona Notary.
