Duties

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and related documents

• Develop litigation strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively

• Represent clients in complex wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

• Engage in settlement negotiations and case evaluations

• Collaborate with legal staff and colleagues to ensure comprehensive case handling

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employment Class Action litigation

• Proven track record handling employee misclassification, wage violations, rest/meal break issues, and similar labor matters

• Ability to manage a large caseload and meet critical deadlines

• High-level judgment and strategic thinking in complex legal situations

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
