Location:

• Miramar, FL

Duties:

• Handle a caseload involving high-asset divorces, contested custody, and dependency matters

• Manage cases from intake through trial or settlement

• Conduct client consultations and manage ongoing client communications

• Prepare and argue motions, attend evidentiary hearings, and represent clients in trials

• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations

• Guide and oversee work of paralegals and legal assistants

• Review legal documents and case files for accuracy and strategy alignment

• Maintain professionalism in all client and court interactions

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and provide cross-functional coverage when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience

• Prior experience in complex marital and family law matters

• Demonstrated trial and courtroom advocacy skills

• Strong case analysis and strategic planning capabilities

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working exclusively onsite

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Sound legal judgment and decision-making

• Mediation, negotiation, and settlement expertise
