Location

Duties

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Manage discovery, including depositions and document review

• Provide counseling on workplace policies, compliance, and risk management

• Collaborate with colleagues across the Employment practice group

• Support class and collective action litigation matters as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant employment litigation and counseling experience

• Experience with class and collective actions strongly preferred

• Must be able to work from the Los Angeles office (hybrid model)

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and in collaboration with senior attorneys

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic performance required

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar
