The position focuses on handling complex commercial, business, and real estate litigation matters. Location:

• Denver, Colorado

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial, business, and real estate litigation cases

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Take and defend depositions

• Argue dispositive and procedural motions in court

• Prepare for and conduct examinations during trials

• Manage litigation strategy, deadlines, and client communication

• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on all phases of litigation

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of litigation experience

  • 2–4 years: receptive to additional training

  • 5–8 years: expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy

• Strong understanding of both state and federal rules of civil procedure

• Prior experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active admission to the Colorado Bar (required)

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities

• Strong courtroom and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills
