Duties

• Interface with clients and collaborate with the legal team to manage cases from start to finish.
• Provide expert advice on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
• Review and customize legal documents related to trusts and estates.
• Oversee trust administration, including asset distribution and dispute resolution.
• Represent clients in California probate and trust litigation matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in California probate courts.
• Experience with Wealth Counsel preferred.
• Experience preparing estate tax returns is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
