Duties

• Assist clients with a strong desire to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a successful team.
• Develop and prove damage models in cases.
• Formulate strategic legal approaches.
• Maintain excellent writing, organizational, and computer skills.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies in legal practice.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in New Jersey personal injury civil litigation.
• Admission to the NJ Bar (NY Bar admission is a plus).
• Civil Trial Certification or eligibility preferred.
• Experience in medical malpractice and/or product liability cases.
• Proven track record in managing catastrophic and serious injury cases.
• Federal court experience is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in New Jersey.

Skills

• Excellent writing and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and desire to win results for clients.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
