• Conduct extensive legal research and present oral arguments.
• Represent clients during jury trials and settlement discussions.
• Collaborate with team members on high-value cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury or medical malpractice preferred.
• Open to attorneys with strong general litigation experience and interest in personal injury law.
• Recent law graduates with exceptional qualifications may also be considered.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
• Multilingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar License in California.
