Job Overview: A regional law firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its General Business and Estate Planning practice. This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized attorney with at least 3 years of experience in general business or estate planning. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing client relationships and delivering results that align with client needs and expectations.

Location:

• Lancaster, PA

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel in general business and estate planning matters.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and business agreements.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to address legal needs and business objectives.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of estate planning strategies.
• Handle a variety of legal tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• At least 3 years of experience in general business or estate planning law.
• A portable book of business is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Skills:

• Proficient in drafting legal documents related to general business and estate planning.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
