The ideal candidate will join a dynamic legal team known for navigating complex litigation matters from pre-filing stages through trial and appellate proceedings. The position provides a robust opportunity to participate in courtroom hearings, collaborate with senior litigators, and contribute meaningfully to high-impact cases across diverse industries.

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for state and federal court proceedings

• Conduct legal research and formulate litigation strategies

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

• Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel

• Analyze documents, contracts, and evidence to build compelling cases

• Support senior attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom presentations

• Contribute to business development efforts and client relationship management

Requirements:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case files independently

• Confidence in oral advocacy and legal argumentation

• Proven record of success in handling complex legal matters

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active and good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar Association
