Duties:
- Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements about global franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
- Provide expert counseling and dispute resolution services to address legal issues arising in franchise and supply network matters.
- Offer regulatory advice and counsel to ensure compliance with domestic and international legal frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with global franchise and supply chain operations.
- Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
- Experience in international licensing or franchising is a strong advantage.
- High level of academic achievement in law.
- Previous experience in a law firm setting is essential.
- Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Bar in IL.
