• Represent clients in motion hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials

• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and preparation

• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, advice, and manage expectations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure thorough case management

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience handling family law matters preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar
