Duties

• Represent emerging companies and venture capital clients in complex transactions.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate matters.
• Collaborate with technology companies to address legal needs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on venture capital.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions and technology companies.
• Active bar membership in the practicing state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar membership.

Skills
