Location

• Panama City Beach, Florida

Duties

• Provide expert legal counsel in all areas of family law

• Manage high-asset divorce and custody cases

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and court orders

• Handle cases involving complex issues such as domestic violence, mental health, and substance abuse

• Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to each case

• Lead and collaborate with a team of Paralegals and support professionals

• Maintain a high caseload while ensuring attention to detail

Requirements

• Active and good-standing membership with the Florida Bar

• Previous experience practicing family law

• Ability to manage complex, emotionally sensitive cases

• Strong litigation skills and courtroom presence

• Skilled in legal writing and oral argument

• Familiarity with case management software (Clio is a plus)

• Comfortable with Zoom for virtual court appearances and meetings

• Able to work independently and produce high-quality legal work

• Results-oriented and client-focused

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the state of Florida

• Continuing Legal Education (CLE) compliance required
