Duties:

• Represent clients in court and before government agencies
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on trial procedures and potential legal outcomes
• Negotiate settlements in legal disputes
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal standards and regulations
• Manage administrative tasks related to legal practice and case management

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar and good standing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with a wide range of legal documents
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong rapport-building skills with clients
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• California State Bar License (Required)
