Duties

• Manage and grow a practice in one or more identified areas.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-referrals and client service.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Minnesota.
• Demonstrated experience in criminal defense, workers' compensation, bankruptcy, construction law, or a combination thereof.
• Strong courtroom and advocacy skills (where applicable to practice area).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice development.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Minnesota.
