Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Corpus Christi, TX. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of litigation, driving matters toward jury verdicts. Reporting to the Managing Partner, the attorney will work with a dedicated team to achieve the best results for clients.

Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct case action planning and analysis on liability and damages.
• Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and mediations.
• Lead trial preparation and coordination for the trial team.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Previous trial experience with a desire to first chair jury trials.
• Strong organizational, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in case management software and technology.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar License in good standing.
