A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Antitrust, Competition, and Economic Regulation Group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in antitrust litigation, including law firm, government, or clerkship experience. The role involves handling domestic and cross-border antitrust matters, focusing on litigation.

Duties

• Engage in antitrust litigation, including major consumer class actions and non-class action lawsuits.
• Participate in litigation with state and federal enforcers and international cartel investigations.
• Provide counseling on antitrust and competition matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in antitrust litigation.
• Experience in either plaintiff or defense side litigation.
• Antitrust experience, trial experience, and/or an economics background preferred.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
