Location:

Duties:

• Represent injured clients with efficiency and empathy throughout the legal process.
• Evaluate and assess potential new client case facts.
• Ensure compliance with legal processes and firm protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements, ensuring the timely finalization of settlement disbursements.
• Perform management and leadership functions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness.
• Previous plaintiff personal injury experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication/negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Excellent business judgment and a high level of professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Arizona State Bar License (or awaiting Character & Fitness).
