On behalf of a well-established and professional family law practice in Tucson, Arizona, a search is underway for an Associate or Senior Associate Attorney. This position offers the opportunity to manage family law cases from start to finish while working closely with clients to provide compassionate, informed, and effective legal support. The ideal candidate will be experienced, proactive, and capable of handling a dynamic caseload with minimal supervision.

Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and legal negotiations

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, contracts, motions, and briefs

• Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic analysis

• Offer legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of family law matters

• Prepare for and attend court hearings, settlement conferences, and client meetings

• Stay informed on relevant legal developments and changes in family law

Requirements

• Experience practicing family law preferred

• Proven ability to manage cases independently

• Strong courtroom and client interaction skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona

• In good standing with the Arizona State Bar
