Location:

• Indianapolis, IN

Duties:

• Handle trademark prosecution, including filings and office action responses

• Manage online enforcement matters and brand protection activities

• Collaborate with colleagues on intellectual property strategies

• Focus on substantive legal work without the need for client development

• Work within a flexible schedule aligned with performance expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement

• Interest in non-partnership track roles focused on legal execution

• Availability to work on-site 2–3 days per week in a hybrid setting

• Application deadline for Colorado-based roles: June 30, 2025

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in a U.S. state bar

Skills:

• Proficient in trademark law, prosecution procedures, and enforcement techniques

• Skilled in managing IP portfolios and online infringement issues

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
