Duties

• Organize case file materials and conduct legal research.
• Prepare and deliver pre-trial motions, briefs, and closing arguments.
• Prepare exhibits for trial and witnesses to testify.

Requirements

• Bar certification required.
• Experience in legal case management.
• Strong writing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in family law cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.
