Commercial Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 5-6 years of experience with significant experience in handling insurance coverage disputes in the commercial insurance sector. Must have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and extensive communication with clients. Also have experience representing clients in insurance coverage matters, including to, experience reviewing commercial insurance policies, drafting coverage evaluations and reservation of rights letters, and extensive communication with clients regarding coverage issues and coverage positions. Must have an excellent academic record, solid writing skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred. Should have a Missouri Bar license.
