A law firm seeks a mid-senior level Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its dynamic practice in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will work with public and private companies, strategic investors, and private equity sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Duties

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage diligence processes and execute deals.
• Integrate legal technologies to enhance practice efficiency.
• Lead workstreams and serve as a key client contact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of M&A experience.
• Experience with public and private company M&A preferred.
• Familiarity with federal securities laws and Delaware corporate law is a plus.
• Experience with technology and life sciences companies is advantageous.
• Outstanding academic credentials and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
