A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney with four to six years of experience to join its Corporate Finance Division in Denver, CO. This role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established corporate group on dynamic transactions for national clients.

Duties

• Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment transactions.
• Contribute to capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters.
• Advise on venture capital investment transactions and private offerings of securities.
• Provide guidance on compliance with Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings.
• Collaborate with teams on fast-paced transactional matters.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience in corporate finance transactions.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Colorado.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for admission without examination.
