Review, draft, and manage purchase and sale agreements, deeds, closing disclosures, and title documents
Conduct residential real estate closings while ensuring compliance with legal standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, lenders, agents, and internal team members
Analyze title reports and resolve title issues in accordance with established legal procedures
Adhere strictly to established firm processes to ensure quality and consistency across all transactions
Maintain accuracy and reliability across a high volume of real estate files
Active license to practice law in Rhode Island (Massachusetts or Connecticut licensing is a plus)
1–5 years of experience in residential real estate law or related transactional practice
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working independently within a team-oriented, respectful environment
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Ability to commute reliably to East Greenwich, RI
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Bar License in Rhode Island (required)
Licensure in Massachusetts or Connecticut (preferred)
Residential real estate transaction management
Title review and curative work
Familiarity with closing software (e.g., Softpro, Qualia, RamQuest)
