Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• Admission to practice in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
• 2-5 years of legal practice with a focus on litigation.
• 1-2 years of experience in federal court, preferably in personal injury defense.
• Proven success in managing and litigating federal cases.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
