Requirements

• J.D. or LL.M. degree.
• Minimum of three years of experience as an international transactional lawyer or related field.
• Experience advising on international mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Proficiency in analyzing and drafting corporate transactional documents.
• Eligibility or license to practice law in New York.

Education

• J.D. or LL.M. degree.

Certifications

• License to practice law in New York or eligibility to obtain one.
