Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate and commercial civil litigation matters

• Handle all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trials

• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents with high attention to detail

• Strategize and develop litigation plans to ensure favorable outcomes

• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters

• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• Active member of the Florida Bar

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience in Florida

• Demonstrated courtroom experience in a variety of civil litigation cases

• Proven ability to manage a full litigation caseload independently

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar admission in good standing

Skills:

• Advanced legal writing, litigation strategy, and oral advocacy skills

• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
