Duties

• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.

• Stay current on developments in consumer law and litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumer law or civil litigation.
• Working knowledge of consumer protection statutes and wrongful repossession law.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.

Education
