Duties

• Draft estate planning documents, including wills and trust agreements.
• Assist clients with estate and trust administrations.

• Draft and negotiate legal agreements and transactional documents.
• Provide estate planning services with a focus on tax and succession planning.

Requirements

• Member of the Georgia Bar Association.
• Experience in business law and estate planning.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
