Job Title: Litigation Practice Group Associate Attorney (Insurance)

Job Overview:
A Boston-based law firm is actively seeking a dedicated litigation associate to support its complex disputes practice, specifically in the area of insurance coverage and risk management. Duties:

• Provide legal support across a variety of complex litigation matters with a focus on insurance coverage and risk mitigation

• Conduct detailed legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and pleadings

• Assist with the preparation and evaluation of witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trials

• Manage the production and review of discovery documents, including document analysis and organization

• Collaborate with experts and participate in expert discovery processes

• Support senior attorneys with trial preparations and court proceedings

• Maintain close collaboration with legal teams across multiple jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation

• Strong knowledge of risk management principles in a litigation context

• Experience in all stages of litigation, including discovery and trial support

• Ability to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities

• Judicial clerkship experience is considered an asset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in Massachusetts or eligibility for admission via waiver or reciprocity

Skills:
