Duties

• Conduct estate planning design sessions and plan reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with a support team to manage client journeys.
• Engage with clients to ensure their legal protection and security needs are met.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• Experience in estate planning, particularly in revocable trust preparation and trust funding.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• DC and/or Maryland licenses are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
