The Austin office of Walters Balido & Crain is currently reviewing resumes for attorneys with 7 plus years of litigation experience. Specifically insurance defense.  Must be licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Our practice centers around the defense of many of the highest profile personal injury, wrongful death, property damage and business interruption lawsuits in Texas. Our clients include insurance companies, transportation companies, construction contractors, energy service providers and commercial property owners and managers to list a few.

Responsibilities will include all aspects of case management including extensive briefing and motion practice, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and making court appearances.

The ideal candidate will be client focused with exceptional writing and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team.

Salary and bonus commensurate with experience and performance.
